My rate is $150 per 60 minute session. I also offer a sliding scale for clients looking for more affordable therapy. 

Yes! I offer in-person sessions at 101 Mary Street West in Whitby, Ontario.

Yes! If your insurance provider covers Registered Psychotherapists, then I can provide you with a receipt after each session that you can submit. 

The purpose of a consultation is to give you an opportunity to get to know me better and see if I am the right fit as a therapist! It also allows me to learn about what is bringing you to therapy and what you are hoping to get out of the process. 

The number of sessions you book and the frequency of attending sessions is completely up to you and your needs! I typically recommend starting with weekly sessions to ensure it is the right fit and to establish a relationship. Once you feel more comfortable, we can move on to biweekly or even monthly sessions.
